Which suburbs do you deliver to?
Across the city and surrounds: Newcastle, Hamilton, Mayfield, Merewether, Wallsend, Kotara, Lambton, Adamstown, Cooks Hill, New Lambton and everywhere between. On the fringe? Call us, we can usually sort something out.
Can I really get a bin the same day?
Yes. Order before 10am and it’s there the same day, order after 10am and it’s guaranteed for the next working day. The one exception: bins needing a council permit, which take about 3 business days to arrange.
Do I need council permission for the bin?
Not on your own property. On a road, footpath or nature strip, City of Newcastle usually requires a permit, and we can apply for it on your behalf for a fee. Call us before you book if space is tight.
What can go in the bin?
General household and building waste, furniture, garden waste and more, depending on the waste type you book. No food, liquids, chemicals, batteries or asbestos (asbestos needs its own dedicated bin, see our [asbestos disposal page]). Some items like mattresses, tyres and gas bottles carry a per-item fee, confirmed when you book.
How does the weight-based pricing work?
Every bin includes a set weight in the price. Stay under and the booking price is all you pay. Go over and it’s $[XX] per 100kg for the extra, and we’ll tell you before we invoice. Heavy masonry? Book a masonry-only bin at a cheap flat rate instead.
How long do I get the bin for?
7 days standard. Need longer? A small weekly extension fee applies, just let us know.
