Every bin comes with a weight allowance built into the price.
Most estates stay under.
Furniture, clothes, boxes and a lifetime of bits and pieces are lighter than they look, so most clear-outs pay nothing beyond the booking price.
Heavier loads pay only their way.
If the clear-out includes renovation waste or garden masonry, you pay for what it actually weighs, not a padded flat rate.

Go over the allowance and it's just $47.50 per 100kg, and we'll tell you before it hits your invoice.

set aside anything a local charity can use before you start filling the bin. It shrinks the load, and it's often what the family wants anyway.

What size bin do we need for a deceased estate?
A unit usually suits a 3m³ to 4m³ bin, and a full family home is normally a 10m³. If you’re unsure, call and describe the place, we’ll give you an honest answer, not an upsell.
I live interstate. Can I organise this remotely?
Yes, and families do it all the time. Book over the phone, tell us where the bin should sit, and we’ll handle delivery and collection without anyone needing to be at the house.
What can go in the bin?
Furniture, clothing, linen, boxes, kitchenware, garden waste and general household contents are all fine. No food, paints, chemicals, liquids, gas bottles or asbestos.
How long can we keep the bin?
Standard hire is 7 days, but estates rarely run to a schedule. If you need longer between visits to the house, let us know and we’ll work something out.
What if one bin isn't enough?
Easy fix. Call us, we’ll collect the full bin and drop a fresh one in its place, on the same visit where we can.
Do we have to be there for delivery or pickup?
No. Tell us where you want the bin when you book and we’ll take care of both ends. Most deliveries happen without anyone home.
Some things feel wrong to throw away. Any advice?
Set aside items in good condition for local charities first, and take your time deciding, that’s what the hire period is for. The bin is for what’s left.
