Questions We Get About Shopping Centre Fit-Outs
Can you deliver into a loading dock?
Prunings, branches, palm fronds, hedge trimmings, grass clippings, leaves and small shrubs. If it grew in the garden, it’s probably fine.
Can bins be delivered or swapped outside trading hours?
Often, yes. Centre works don’t always run nine to five, and we can work outside normal hours within reason. Tell us your access window when you book and we’ll let you know what we can do. The more notice you give us, the more likely we can make it fit.
What can go in a fit-out bin?
Plasterboard, timber, metal, joinery, old shopfronts, flooring and general defit waste are all fine. No asbestos, liquids, chemicals or gas bottles. Asbestos needs a dedicated bin and its own process, see our [asbestos disposal page].
We work to centre management rules. Can you?
Yes. Send through the dock rules and delivery windows with your booking and we’ll work within them.
Can you service a staged program across multiple tenancies?
Yes. We’ll line up bins and swap-overs to match your schedule, so waste never holds up a trade, whether it’s one tenancy or a whole stage.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes. One quick setup, then every job runs on a phone call, with invoicing to suit your projects.
How does weight-based pricing work for defit waste?
Every bin includes a set weight in the price. Go over and you pay $[XX] per 100kg for the extra, and we’ll tell you before we invoice. Heavy masonry from demo? Separate it into a masonry-only bin and save on tipping.
Do you deliver to all three regions?
Yes, we service sites across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, same-day on orders before 10am, six days a week.
